Hey, I’m Nikki – founder of the School of Fulfilment, passionate educator, mental health advocate, and forever student of life.

My journey hasn’t been perfect (and that’s exactly what makes it real). After my parents divorced when I was 10, I learned early on how to adapt, bounce back, and keep going—even when life felt messy. As I grew up, I faced challenges in relationships and identity, including navigating a long, not-so-successful-relationship and being diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. But those experiences became turning points, not roadblocks.

I spent years in hospitality, where making people feel welcome was second nature. That passion for connection eventually led me to education, and then into the world of mental health and personal growth. Becoming a certified mental health first aider was part of my deeper purpose: helping people thrive, not just survive.

I used to think success meant ticking all the boxes—titles, promotions, external praise. But I’ve since discovered that real fulfillment comes from within. It's about emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and giving ourselves permission to live life on our own terms.

One of my proudest milestones? Losing 5 stone (30kg) naturally through consistent lifestyle changes—not crash diets, but real mindset shifts. It wasn’t just about the physical transformation—it was about reclaiming my energy, confidence, and joy.

​

I also rediscovered my old love for reading and last year, I devoured more than 30 self-development books. I’m constantly learning, reflecting, and applying what I’ve discovered—not just for myself, but to help others grow too. I’m a big fan of The Diary of a CEO podcast—it’s my go-to source of inspiration from people who’ve built success from the inside out.
